Exploratory Software Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled and investigative Senior QA Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Functional System Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Validation, and Exploratory Testing within complex SaaS platforms and distributed cloud environments.

In this role, you will act as a primary defender of product quality across multi-layered cloud applications. Rather than relying solely on scripted test execution, you will bring a critical-thinking, systems-level mindset to analyze real-world customer journeys, test intricate integrations, and uncover hidden edge cases, concurrency issues, and backend defects before they hit production.

Key Technical & Professional Expectations

• Experience: 7+ years of dedicated QA experience validating distributed enterprise SaaS platforms, multi-tenant architectures, or cloud-based applications.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to understand end-to-end architecture and trace complex data flows through microservices and third-party integrations.
• API & Backend Testing: Strong hands-on experience with API testing (Postman/Swagger), log analysis (Kibana/Splunk or similar), and querying databases (SQL) for data verification.
• Test Design & Permutations: Proven capability in creating extensive test matrices, configuration combinations, and multi-role user scenarios.
• Investigative Mindset: Strong analytical and debugging skills to trace intermittent bugs, concurrency failures, and resiliency issues.
• Agile Execution: Proven track record of driving quality independently within fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
