Job Summary – Product Owner, P2P Payments Fiserv is seeking a

Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of

Person-to-Person (P2P) payment solutions . This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, technology teams, operations, and risk/compliance functions to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric digital payment experiences. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining and prioritizing requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and driving Agile delivery of new capabilities. The role requires strong expertise in digital payments, real-time money movement, and financial services, with a focus on enhancing customer experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with

P2P payments, real-time payments, API-based products, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management , along with the ability to translate complex business needs into high-quality product solutions.

Key Qualifications Mandatory Skills

• Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum delivery
• P2P Payments domain expertise
• Digital Payments and Money Movement solutions
• Backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization
• API integrations and payment processing workflows
• Jira, Confluence, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• RTP, FedNow, ACH, and Digital Wallets
• Fraud, Risk, AML, and Compliance knowledge
• SQL, Postman, Microservices, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• CSPO, SAFe POPM, or other Agile certifications
