About this role
We are looking for a Expert Operations Coordinator to join a growing HappinessCue team in Remote / India. The role helps ensure that clients and experts have a smooth experience on HappinessCue.
Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include expert communication, profile information, verification coordination, scheduling, booking support, session follow-up, feedback handling or service-quality checks. Attention to detail, dependable follow-through and comfortable communication with different stakeholders are important. The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
