Position description:?
? Responsible for preparing Sustainability Strategy
? Responsible for reviewing sub-strategies to support overall Sustainability Strategy
? Responsible for ensuring consistency of programs with HQ Sustainability strategy
? Responsible for active control of stakeholder dialogues
? Responsible for cooperation and coordination on Sustainability strategy and projects with other brands
? Responsible for Sustainability Review Board Sustainability Roundtable
? Responsible for SAVWIPL ESG Reporting
Primary Responsibilities:?
1. Develop and steer sustainability strategy for SAVW. Analyse business requirements, future trends, legal requirements and cost and reward options and implementation roadmap ideas to bring up a? sustainability strategy for SAVW. that keep us ahead of legal requirements.
2. Coordinate with Skoda a.s for consistency of sustainability programs and? regular information exchange and alignment.
3. Lead the projects based on implementation guidelines and ensure active controls of dialogue with stakeholders and ensure that projects are completed within the stipulated timeline with the desired results.
4. Creation, regular maintenance and further development of materiality matrix, as per HQ guidelines and also as per legal guidelines
5. Regular dialogues with the stakeholders to assess opportunities and risks.
6. Representation in HQ and group sustainability working committees from SAVW side.
