Expert Content Coordinator

We are looking for a Expert Content Coordinator to join a growing HappinessCue team in Lucknow. The role helps ensure that clients and experts have a smooth experience on HappinessCue. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include expert communication, profile information, verification coordination, scheduling, booking support, session follow-up, feedback handling or service-quality checks. Attention to detail, dependable follow-through and comfortable communication with different stakeholders are important. The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance. The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
