Experienced Teller - Central Kolkata (CBD area)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage cash handling activities, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Authorize transactions and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
• Perform teller operations such as opening new current accounts, saving accounts, and CASA services.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures related to branch operations.
• Monitor transaction processing and transaction monitoring to prevent fraudulent activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (teller or cashier).
• B.Tech degree from a recognized university (preferably in Computers).
• Strong understanding of account opening, activation, authoring, cheque clearing processes.
• Proficiency in using software applications for transaction processing.
