About the Role

We are looking for experienced Sales Callers / Tele-Sales Executives who are confident on the phone, good at handling customers, and motivated by sales targets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads
• Handle incoming sales enquiries when required
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and offers
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Use CRM / calling software to update lead status and sales activity

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales or customer calling
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability
• Good Hindi communication; English is an advantage
• Ability to handle customer objections
• Target-oriented and motivated by incentives
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience with CRM or calling software is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
