Learn more about our employee-led approach in our CEO video: https://www.oncehub.com/careers We are looking for a talented, passionate, and highly motivated UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and design a product that's simple and intuitive to use. You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation.

In this role, you will:

• Own product design end-to-end — from ideation and concept exploration to high-fidelity execution and launch
• Design AI-first workflows and experiences that feel intuitive, powerful, and seamless
• Research best practice approaches for user experience/interface design.
• Create polished, thoughtful, and production-ready UI with exceptional attention to detail
• Help shape product direction, user experience, and feature strategy as part of a team where everyone owns the product
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs as required.
• Work with the Product and Marketing teams to understand customer needs, user problems and success criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineers in a highly iterative and fast-paced environment
• Work with the other designers to ensure that designs and concepts are consistent.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Provide a link in your CV to your design portfolio
• 4+ years of experience designing complex digital products
• Passion for AI products, innovation, and creating impactful user experiences
• Ability to simplify complex user problems into easy and understandable solutions, and then communicate those solutions to both leaders and peers
• Ability to learn fast, strategic thinking and have a deep understanding of the product’s lifecycle, with a technical approach, without compromising quality and attention to detail .
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Driven by creativity and inspiration.
• Highly motivated
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, but also function as a team player
• Proficient in Figma.
• High level of written and spoken English
