Experienced PCD Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Experienced Sales Executive PCD Pharma to join our team at our Zirakpur Adjoining Sector-20 Panchkula office.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise industry and should understand the process of identifying, approaching, acquiring, and managing pharma franchise partners and business clients.

This role requires strong communication, follow-up, relationship-building, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential PCD Pharma franchise partners and business clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Explain pharmaceutical products, product portfolios, pricing, and franchise opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, franchise partners, and clients.
• Handle enquiries and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and other business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, order processing, and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior experience in PCD Pharma / Pharma Franchise sales.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development, or franchise acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the PCD Pharma business model.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business partners.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain sales records.
• Candidates should be willing to work full-time from our Zirakpur Adjoining Sector-20 Panchkula office.
