The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting and selling diamond products, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities may include negotiating contracts, maintaining records of sales, and staying updated on market trends to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, particularly within the luxury goods sector or diamond industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and addressing client needs
• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry markets as well as industry standards and certifications
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
