Buyer Communication• Coordinate with clients to understand product requirements, confirm designs, and collect color schemes.

• Sampling and Approvals: Oversee sample development and secure buyer sign-offs for lab dips, trims, and fit samples.
• Sourcing and Costing: Calculate production costs, negotiate pricing, and source high-quality fabrics and accessories.
• Production Tracking: Monitor internal factory departments (cutting, stitching, and finishing) using a time and action (TNA) calendar to ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation and Shipping: Handle export documentation and manage final logistics to deliver goods on schedule
• Communication: Clear interaction with global buyers and internal production teams.
• Organization: Ability to multitask and maintain strict production timelines.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of fabrics, garment construction, printing, and washing processes
