Role Description The Experienced Education and Admission Counsellor will provide one-on-one and group counseling to students and families on course selection, college and university options, and admission requirements. The role includes evaluating student profiles, suggesting suitable institutions, guiding them through application forms, documentation, and deadlines, and preparing them for interviews or entrance processes. The counsellor will maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow up regularly to track progress, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring consistent in-person interaction with students and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with experience guiding learners through academic and career decisions.
• Solid knowledge of Indian and international higher education systems, admission processes, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with students, families, and institutional representatives.
• Ability to conduct thorough research on colleges, universities, courses, and scholarships, and present options clearly.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and online admission portals; comfort working with spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or related fields; experience with reputed institutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work ethically, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a student-centric approach in all interactions.
