Experienced Consultant UAE Compliance

Role & responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Corporate Advisory, Corporate Secretarial, Entity Management, and Regulatory Compliance engagements for UAE-based clients.
• Manage corporate compliance requirements across Mainland UAE, Free Zones, DIFC, and ADGM entities.
• Assist with company incorporations, amendments, restructurings, deregistration's, and ongoing corporate governance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain statutory records, board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and regulatory filings.
• Perform research and provide advisory support on UAE Companies Law, Economic Substance Regulations (ESR), UBO Regulations, AML requirements, and Corporate Governance matters.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, business setup consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of engagements.
• Ensure adherence to firm quality standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• CS, CA, ACCA, CPA, or LLB qualification (completed or pursuing) preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial, Entity Management, Corporate Compliance, Governance, or Corporate Advisory Services.
• Hands-on exposure to ADGM, DIFC, UAE Free Zones, Mainland UAE, ESR, UBO, AML, and Corporate Governance frameworks preferred.
