About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled Manager / Senior Manager - GenAI Full Stack professionals to architect, develop, and scale enterprise-grade Generative AI applications. This role is responsible for integrating GenAI capabilities into user-facing applications, building robust backend APIs, and ensuring seamless user experiences powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in full-stack engineering, cloud-native development, AI application architecture, and modern frontend/backend technologies, with hands-on experience deploying AI-powered solutions in production environments.

Role Overview

Architect and lead the development of the application layer for enterprise Generative AI solutions. Build scalable platforms that connect LLM backends with high-performance web applications while managing API gateways, cloud deployments, security, and observability.

The role requires close collaboration with AI/ML engineers, product teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative GenAI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

Application Architecture

• Design and develop scalable microservices for AI-powered applications.
• Architect systems to handle LLM requests, conversation management, context orchestration, and streaming responses using Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSockets.
• Develop reusable frameworks and APIs for GenAI application development.
• Drive scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization across applications.

Frontend & Backend Integration

• Build and manage modern web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Django.
• Ensure seamless, low-latency integration between frontend applications and AI/ML services.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise-grade integrations.

GenAI Integration

• Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) into enterprise applications.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and conversational AI workflows.
• Optimize prompt engineering, context handling, memory management, and response quality.
• Collaborate with AI teams to deploy and operationalize models within production systems.

Cloud & DevOps

• Lead deployment of AI applications on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and AI service deployments.
• Monitor system health, performance, security, and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills

Programming & Backend

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with FastAPI and/or Django.
• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices.

Frontend Development

• JavaScript and TypeScript expertise.
• React.js and Next.js development experience.
• Strong understanding of UI architecture and performance optimization.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.

Generative AI & Application Integration

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications.
• Understanding of LLM-based application architecture.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, conversational AI, and RAG implementations.
• Experience with AI APIs and model orchestration frameworks.

Software Engineering

• System design and scalable application architecture.
• API gateway management.
• Observability, logging, monitoring, and security practices.
• Performance tuning and optimization.

Experience Requirements

Manager GenAI Full Stack

• 4 to 7 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong recent experience integrating AI/ML models into web applications.
• Hands-on expertise in React/Next.js and Python-based backend frameworks.
• Experience deploying cloud-native applications in production environments.

Senior Manager GenAI Full Stack

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in Full Stack Engineering and Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale application development teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying AI-powered applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation and AI product development.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance considerations.
