Hiring: Existing Installations Manager (Service Operations)

Location: Delhi NCR

We're looking for an experienced Existing Installations Manager to lead service operations and maintenance teams in the Elevator & Escalator industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop Service & Maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.

Drive portfolio performance, customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency.

Monitor KPIs including MTBC, contract fulfillment, and service quality.

Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Desired Profile:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

12+ years of experience in Elevator & Escalator Service Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in service maintenance, team management, customer handling, and operational excellence.

Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

CTC: Upto 32 Lpa
