We are currently looking for a professional to join our team for the role of

EXIM Logistics, Finance & Compliance.

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end EXIM operations, including import-export logistics, shipment coordination, forex remittances, banking processes, and regulatory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage import-export operations, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Handle inward/outward forex remittances, import payments, export collections, and outstanding export proceeds.
• Coordinate with banks for forex transactions, payment processing, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable RBI/FEMA regulations, customs requirements, and EXIM guidelines.
• Track shipments, monitor payment cycles, maintain records, and ensure timely reconciliation of transactions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
• Relevant experience in EXIM operations, import-export logistics, documentation, and banking coordination.
• Working knowledge of forex remittances, export collections, import payments, and RBI/FEMA compliance.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or trading organization would be preferred.
