• Manage export import documentation, including preparation of documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant paperwork.
  
• Coordinate with shipping lines to ensure timely delivery of goods through international logistics.
  
• Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  
• Handle freight forwarding activities efficiently to meet client needs.
  
• Ensure compliance with all regulations related to exports imports.
