Responsibilities

• End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Coordinate movement of medicines from source to destination.
• End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Track shipments, deliveries, and transportation status.
• End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transport vendors, carriers, CHAs, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Plan and schedule logistics to meet delivery timelines.
• Documentation Compliance: Prepare and manage logistics documentation including invoices, bills of lading, airway bills, shipping bills, etc.
• Documentation Compliance: Ensure all documents are compliant with regulatory requirements for pharma goods.
• Documentation Compliance: Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness.
• Inventory Supply Chain Support: Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, QA/QC, and production teams.
• Inventory Supply Chain Support: Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies.
• Inventory Supply Chain Support: Support demand forecasting and logistics planning.
• Vendor Carrier Coordination: Communicate with transport vendors, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.

• Tracking Reporting: Track transit status and resolve issues such as delayed shipments or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of logistics processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Cold Chain Packaging (beneficial)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multitasking and problem-solving in a dynamic supply chain
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pharmaceutical logistics, export/import, or temperature-controlled supply chain
• Understanding of customs clearance, export documentation, and international trade processes (if relevant)

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharma, Commerce, or related discipline
• 2-5 years of relevant industry experience (pharma / logistics / supply chain)
