Exim Assistant (Fresher)

Job Summary

• Assist in preparing export/import documents such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and bill of lading.
• Support senior staff in maintaining records of export and import transactions.
• Help ensure documents comply with customs regulations and trade policies.
• Assist with bank documentation including letters of credit (LC).
• Coordinate with customs brokers and support customs clearance work, including field visits to ports, customs offices, or warehouses when required.
• Perform basic documentation, data entry, and filing tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of export-import procedures and logistics.
• Good communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
