Exhibition Coordinator

The Exhibition Coordinator role involves hands-on work across events, including planning and executing assigned activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, and ensuring a professional experience for customers, guests, audiences, clients, partners or team members as applicable. Candidates with 1-4 years are welcome to apply. The role is based in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru. The final business context, team structure and reporting line will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. The ideal candidate should have clear communication, good judgement, a professional approach and genuine interest in the field. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to share a portfolio, writing samples, photographs of previous work, or complete a short practical assignment depending on the role.
