Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end motor insurance operations, including new policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
• Generate and compare motor insurance quotations from various insurance companies.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy processing and servicing.
• Assist Sales Team with policy-related queries, coverage details, premium calculations, and add-on covers.
• Coordinate with insurance companies if any query regarding policy issuance & quotation.
• Verify vehicle documents, registration certificates (RC), previous policy details, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of policy data, documentation, and compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain tracker of daily work.
• Resolve Customer/ Sales queries and support the team in achieving service quality and business targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; insurance or finance-related qualifications will be an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in motor insurance, general insurance, insurance broking, or automobile dealership insurance operations.
• Good understanding of motor insurance products, including comprehensive, third-party, and own-damage policies.
• Hands-on experience with policy issuance, Quotation & Endorsements,
• Familiarity with insurance company portals & basic guidelines.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Basic to good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and problem-solving abilities.
