Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage claims adjudication process from receipt to settlement.
• Ensure accurate calculation of claim amounts and timely payment.
• Process motor insurance claims efficiently, including investigation and settlement.
• Handle auto claims with expertise in claims processing and settlement.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in all aspects of work.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in BPO or related field (claims adjudication, claims management).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech Computers).
• Strong understanding of Indian Motor Insurance Act and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
