Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities for primary sales through effective channel distribution strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize secondary sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
• Monitor and report sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in channel sales or related fields.
• Strong understanding of retail channel sales, dealer sales, distributor sales, or Medical Representative roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
