About the Team:

The team plays a key role in ensuring healthy cash flow and timely realization of receivables. The team works closely with clients, credit, and finance stakeholders to manage outstanding payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with financial processes. This function is critical in maintaining working capital efficiency and supporting overall business operations.

Key Purpose of the Job:

The Executive Collections will be responsible for managing customer payments, ensuring timely follow-ups for receivables, and maintaining accurate records of collections. The role involves coordination with clients, internal teams, and banks to ensure smooth and timely realization of funds while supporting compliance requirements such as TDS and balance confirmations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with strong communication and follow-up skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with clients, managing multiple payment channels, and ensuring timely closure of outstanding receivables while maintaining accuracy in records and reporting.

Your Role:

• Follow up with clients for cheque collections and ensure timely receipt of payments
  • Track and manage collections received through RTGS and NEFT modes
  • Monitor overdue payments and ensure timely recovery actions
  • Coordinate with clients for obtaining and validating TDS certificates
  • Follow up for interest collection on overdue/outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with clients for balance confirmation and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and updates
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper allocation and reconciliation of payments
