Role & responsibilities

A Process Executive / Operation Executive at Delhivery Limited manages daily supply chain, warehouse, and logistics workflows to ensure on-time delivery and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations: Oversee sorting, scanning, bag handling, picking, packing, and shipping of packages.
• Shipment & Logistics Monitoring: Track incoming and outgoing consignments, monitor Turnaround Times (TAT), and address transit delays or damaged items.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain digital and physical records, create shipping/customs forms (bills of lading), and compile daily Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Process & Compliance Enforcement: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and facility security guidelines.
• Team & Vendor Coordination: Support team leads, train ground staff or field executives, and coordinate with internal departments or external transport partners.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate or student pursuing a degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or commerce.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), basic computer operations, and data entry/MIS reporting.
• Operational Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and readiness to work in rotational or shift-based environments.
