Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to serve as our central Control Tower / Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for managing end-to-end employee insurance claims. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between employees, internal HR, insurance brokers, and insurance providers to deliver a seamless, hassle-free claim settlement experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Central SPOC & Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for all employee
• queries and claims related to Group Term Life (GTL), Group Mediclaim (GMC), and
• Group Personal Accident (GPA) insurance policies.
• Stakeholder Management: Seamlessly bridge communications across employees
• seeking claim assistance, internal HR teams, insurance broker representatives, and
• Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) / insurance companies.
• Claim Lifecycle Management: Assist employees with document collection, form
• verification, submission, tracking, and query resolution to ensure timely claim
• settlements.
• Data Management & Tracking: Maintain accurate daily/weekly claim trackers, status
• reports, and logs using MS Excel.
• Employee Experience: Drive a compassionate, efficient, and supportive experience for
• employees during stressful medical or personal emergencies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in HR operations, benefits
• administration, or insurance claim processing.
• Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding and prior exposure to managing GMC,
• GPA, and GTL insurance policies.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, VLOOKUP, basic
• formatting) and general computer tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional follow-up ability,
• and a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
