Role & responsibilities

• Manage bulk recruitment and deployment of contract manpower across various functions.
• Coordinate with contractors, staffing agencies, and vendors for workforce requirements.
• Handle contract employee onboarding, induction, attendance, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain workforce records, documentation, attendance, and manpower databases.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, and workforce costs.
• Verify attendance, wage sheets, invoices, and coordinate payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, Labour License, Insurance, and statutory requirements.
• Manage NAPS apprenticeship activities including enrollment, onboarding, training, attendance, and stipend processing.
• Prepare MIS reports on manpower strength, hiring, attrition, costs, and contractor performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Contract Labour Management, Industrial Relations, Staffing Operations, or Plant HR.
• Experience handling bulk hiring for manufacturing environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience in contractor billing, statutory compliance, and NAPS administration.
