- 5 S audits insuring every area is owned. Material feeding in Standard call off. Line side inventory reduction Maintain Inventory level Perpetual Inventory analysis PPQ packaging flow defining along with SCM for New Product Development. Improve internal external flows. Monitoring minimize over flow instances Optimum Storage Space utilization Perpetual Inventory analysis Lead Quality Circle Project
