Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  
• Collect, validate, and maintain data from different sources.
  
• Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations.
  
• Analyze data and provide insights to management.
  
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  
• Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
  
• Coordinate with various departments to collect required information.
  
• Track targets, achievements, productivity, attendance, sales, inventory, or other operational metrics.
  
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve them with relevant teams.
  
• Present reports and analysis to management when required.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  
• Relevant experience in MIS/reporting will be preferred.
