About this role
Role Purpose
- The purpose of this role is to complete the assigned activities in the stores function.
- The incumbent will focus on adherence to existing SOPs and SLAs while ensuring proper upkeep of inventory.
- The role holder focuses on proper arrangement of material within the store with stacking/tagging of material at appropriate places ensuring all transactions are recorded at real time as per defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery -
- Ensure timely mobilization of purchased products.
- Ensure adherence to all SLAs and SOPs. Record all transactions at real time as per the defined timelines.
- Ensure proper stacking/tagging of materials at appropriate places within the store.
- Ensure proper upkeep of all storage materials.
- Reporting -
- Collect accurate and timely reports for the management teams.
- Maintain all MIS and reporting systems with accurate reporting of data.
- Ensure timely escalation in case of any process delays and deviation from SOPs.
Indicative Experience and Exposure
- Graduate in material management with 1-3 years experience in store
- B.T ech/M.Tech with min 1 years experience in handling store
