Responsibilities

• Execution of downstream operation like Ultrafiltration, Dialysis, Centrifugation, Column Chromatography, Polishing of Protein, Formulation, Aseptic Filtration.
• Issuance of BMR followed by on time entries of processes and completion of BMR.
• Executing operations on floor as per MFR as assigned.
• On-time entries in logbook related to processing.
• Preparation of departmental SOP formats.
• Review of logbooks for adequacy and completion.
• Registration of various stage samples through Live Health Software.
• Maintaining cleanliness at work processing area.
• Issuance, execution and completion of deviations.
• Execution of Product/Process validation on floor along with seniors.
• Handling and maintaining departmental equipment along with its records.
• Compiling product specific data and maintaining trends for the same.
• Indenting of Raw Materials (Chemicals/ Consumables/ Resins, etc.).
• Issuance of Raw Materials (Chemicals/ Consumables/ Resins, etc.) and maintaining inventory records for the same.
• Maintaining records of discard generated and disposal of the same.
• Execution of any job activity assigned by reporting authority.
• Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
