Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Operation and maintenance of all utility equipment's i.e., Chiller, Air Compressor, HVAC System, Purified Water Plant, Pure steam Generator, Cooling Tower, Diesel Generators, IBR Boiler, ETP & STP.
Execution and verification of periodic preventive maintenance and breakdown activities of Black and Clean Utility and related equipment.
Initiation, Execution and Completion of HVAC /Water system / Compressed Air validation and qualification activities.
Ensure to maintain related documents up to date and assures compliance with all applicable regulations in the fields of cGMP, GEP and other regulatory agencies.
Should be trained in SAP for PR initiation.
Review and implementation of operational & maintenance SOPs of HVAC, Utility equipment and water system.
Responsible for Utility, HVAC and water system related QMS (change control, Deviation) implementation, review, approval and compliance.
Initiate, develop and execute quality notifications, change request (CR), qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) documentation requirement.
Timely preparation, execution, follow up for utilities equipment AMC as per procedure
All time audit readiness, awareness and compliance for utilities, Water system, Electrical systems, Calibration records.
Manage the shift operations as per plant requirements, responsible for energy conservation activities of plant
Execution, direction, and completion of utility capital projects,
Develop and implement a training program.
Handling statutory compliances related to Boiler, DG, Electricity dept.
Qualifications & Pre-requisites
Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
Exposure to handling f utilities (HVAC/AHU/Water plant) in a pharma company and related Validation and
Qualification activities
Handled team of shift technicians
Planning skills
Hands-on problem-solving attitude

Role is expected to work in all shifts.
Additional responsibility assigned as on need basis based on business requirements.
