Role & responsibilities

• Assist in GST calculation and monthly tax payment preparation.
• Extract sales data from ERP and reconcile GST/taxes on sales receipts.
• Assist in checking booking forms, agreements for sale and KYC documents.
• Verify rates as per management-approved rate charts.
• Assist in booking debit notes, electricity charges and rental bills for leased properties.
• Assist in RERA certification and verification of calculations.
• Prepare MIS reports, including outstanding, collection, registered agreement collection and ageing reports.
• Share weekly MIS reports with relevant stakeholders as per timelines.
• Assist in taxation-related activities and agreement checking.
• Support the Accounts team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of daily accounting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher / 02 years of experience in Accounts
• Candidates with internship/articleship exposure in Accounts, GST or Taxation will be preferred.
• Candidates from a real estate/construction background will be an added advantage.
