Executive - Vendor Operations

Key Responsibilities

• To Create, lead, and manage the newly created cab and vehicle attachment operations.
• Resolve problems of vendors, drivers, and customers.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, drivers, and internal departments.
• Lead generation, marketing, and business development.
• Handle and follow up with vendors and drivers on monthly payments and GST.
• Develop tie-ups with corporate companies and showrooms.
• Be a trusted advisor for new vendors, monitor their performance, and address any open issues to ensure timely resolution and a great customer experience.
• Approach potential vendors to establish relationships and explain company norms and earnings from attachment.
• Oversee and complete key tasks and develop project plans to meet corresponding deadlines.
• Meet vendor onboarding targets and KPIs.
• Monitor retention and turnover rates of new attachments.
• Coordinate and support the call centre team whenever needed.
• Provide training to vendors and chauffeurs.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Administration, and Vendor Management.
• Good negotiation skills and expertise in MS Office.
• Proficient in both written and oral communication in English and Tamil.
• Good problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and time-management skills
