JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Accounting Good knowledge ofaccounting and reading financial statements.
- Financial Modeling Well experienced inworking with Microsoft excel and building business valuation models.
- Thecandidate shall be assisting the Business Advisory team on the followingFinancial advisory and Valuation assignments:
o Corporate transactions like Mergers &Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
o On various regulatory matters which includeFEMA, Transfer pricing etc.
o Provide assistance in fund raising activities
o Assess fair market value of intangibles suchbrand value, customer contracts, patents, research and development, customerrelations, and other such intangibles
DESIRED CANDIDATEPROFILE:
Essential
- Chartered Accountant/ MBA
- Financial analysisskills
- Aware of valuationbasics
Good to have
- 0.5 - 1 yearexperience in Valuation
- CFA Level I or IIappeared
