• Prepare bank letters and correspondence for farmers, vendors, labour and other stakeholders.
• Handle bank visits, submission and collection of DDs, FDRs, cheque books, bank statements, gratuity and other Treasury documents.
• Prepare and monitor Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) for HO, 6 Branch Accounts and Loan Accounts, including closure of pending reconciliation items.
• Coordinate foreign currency arrangements and purchase formalities with banks/currency providers and internal teams.
• Perform Bank Account & PAN API verification for farmers, vendors, labour and other beneficiaries.
• Handle Credit Card accounting and reconciliation, including follow-up for discrepancies.
• Process Treasury-related JV entries, including electricity and other assigned expenses.
• Identify and process vendor reference adjustments and ensure correct accounting/mapping.
• Maintain systematic filing, documentation and safe custody of Treasury and banking records.
• Coordinate with banks, Accounts, Branches and concerned teams for timely closure of banking and Treasury requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and resolution of reconciliation differences.
• Working knowledge of banking operations

• Good documentation

Education Qualification

• Chartered Accountant - Intermediate Course
• Chartered Accountant - Final
• Any Graduate
