Executive - Treasury & Accounting

Role & responsibilities

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage daily liquidity, cash balances, and banking operations.
• Prepare and analyze accurate cash flow forecasts, variances, and treasury reports for management review.
• Assist in optimizing working capital, managing short-term investment or borrowing strategies and handling bank documentation.

Accounting & Taxation:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Calculate & deduct TDS/TCS across various sections, prepare and file quarterly TDS returns and issue Form 16/16A to vendors and employees.
• Reconcile 26AS / AIS / TIS with the books of accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Master of Commerce (M.Com) or CA/CMA Intermediate.

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in accounting, treasury, and taxation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime, Zoho Books, etc.) and advanced MS Excel (for cash flow modeling and reporting).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, TDS provisions, and banking operations.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and banking partners.
