About this role
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Executive to join our Travel Desk team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in travel management, preferably within the IT Services Consulting industry.
Roles and Responsibility - Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including ticket bookings and accommodation.
- Collaborate with travel agents to process visas and manage international travel.
- Manage travel-related documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents and other stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams.
- Analyze travel trends and preferences to optimize travel policies.
- Proven experience in travel management, preferably in the IT Services Consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with travel software and systems is an advantage.
