Bharti AXA Life Insurance is hiring Fresh Graduates for an Apprenticeship opportunity in the Policy Servicing Operations team.

• Location: Mumbai - Malad
• Experience: Freshers / 01 year
• Stipend: Up to 20,000 per month
• Duration: 6 months to 1 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Life Insurance Policy Servicing Operations.
• Assist with maturity payout and payment processing.
• Handle policy-related queries and service requests.
• Maintain accuracy and adherence to defined TAT/SLA.
• Update records and process-related information in internal systems.
• Maintain basic MIS/trackers using MS Excel.

Who Can Apply?

• Fresh graduates are preferred.
• Graduates from B.Com, BMS, BBA, Banking & Insurance, Finance or related fields.
• Candidates with 01 year relevant experience may also apply.
• Good communication and basic Excel knowledge preferred.
