The role involves making outbound calls to prospects, explaining property features and pricing, scheduling site visits, and converting leads into bookings. You will also handle inbound queries and update CRM records.
Strong communication in Tamil, persuasive skills, and a friendly attitude are essential.
Candidates with experience in telecalling, real estate, or insurance/loans are preferred.
