Executive - Taxation

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day direct and indirect taxation activities of the organization.
• Prepare and assist in timely filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns.
• Perform GST reconciliation between books, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B.
• Monitor and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in TDS/TCS computation, deduction, payment and return filing.
• Prepare and issue TDS certificates and respond to related queries.
• Support preparation and filing of income tax returns and other statutory forms.
• Assist in handling tax assessments, notices, audits and departmental queries.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, auditors and tax authorities for taxation-related matters.
• Review vendor/customer invoices for appropriate GST, TDS and other tax implications.
• Assist in preparation of tax workings, schedules, reconciliations and MIS reports.
• Keep track of changes in GST, Income Tax, TDS and other applicable tax regulations.
• Assist in resolving accounting and taxation-related discrepancies.
• Perform other taxation and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
• Experience in Real Estate .
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with GST portal and income tax portal.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
