What Will You Do?

Working closely with the experienced teammates of Manager Talent Management and Head - Training and Development, you will support and coordinate key HR initiatives across:

Talent Management

• Support competency framework and talent management initiatives
• Coordinate talent assessments and talent review activities
• Assist in Hi-Potential (HiPo) development and mentoring programs
• Maintain KRA/KPI libraries and related documentation
• Support Performance Management System (PMS) activities and reviews

Learning & Development

• Compile Training Need Identification (TNI) inputs
• Coordinate training programs as per the annual learning calendar
• Maintain training records, documentation, and MIS
• Support induction and orientation of new employees

HR Analytics

• Prepare HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports
• Support performance and productivity measurement initiatives
• Analyze HR data and generate reports for management review

Employee Engagement

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
• Support wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives
• Help drive employee participation and communication campaigns

Who Should Apply?

MBA(HR) from a reputed institute, with 0-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with excellent academic records are welcome to apply.
