Executive - Talent Acquisition

Job location : Saki Vihar Powai (Mumbai)
Experience: 1 to 3 years

Education : Any graduate

• On contract for 6 months to 12 months
• Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule interviews for candidates across international locations and time zones.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels to arrange interview availability.
• Send interview invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
• Manage calendar bookings using tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, or scheduling platforms.
• Reschedule interviews when required and handle cancellations professionally.
• Track interview schedules and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure candidates receive interview details, meeting links, and relevant instructions.
• Support recruitment operations and hiring projects.
• Generate scheduling and recruitment reports as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and recruitment information.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with multiple time zones and international teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to handle high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-service and stakeholder-management skills.
