About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities across multiple functions and levels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews as required.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback coordination, and selection processes.
- Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Coordinate documentation, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support recruitment-related HR initiatives and other TA activities as required.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Core Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in offer discussions and salary negotiations.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and closure skills.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to work from Dadar West.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period will be preferred.
