Designation: Executive Talent Acquisition (US Healthcare Staffing)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (India-based, supporting US operations)
Experience: 2-3years in US staffing recruitment (healthcare preferred)
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Work Hours: US time-zone overlap (shift-based)

Role Summary

Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US healthcare staffing requirements, from sourcing through onboarding. You'll hire clinical and non-clinical talent quickly, with a focus on quality, compliance, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare roles (phlebotomists, nurses, allied health, medical assistants, admin and support staff)
• Understand US job requirements, licensing, certifications, and state-specific compliance needs
• Source candidates through job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder), ATS databases, social media, referrals, and cold outreach
• Screen candidates on experience, certifications, availability, pay expectations, and work authorization
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
• Maintain a healthy pipeline for high-volume and recurring roles
• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-boarding documentation (background checks, drug screens, licence verification, credentialing)
• Keep the ATS updated daily with accurate candidate data and status
• Track and report key metrics: submittals, interviews, offers, time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, and source effectiveness
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a talent community for future needs
• Coordinate with the US team on requirement clarity, priorities, and feedback
• Ensure all hiring follows US employment laws, EEO guidelines, and company policy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred)
• 2 - 3 years of hands-on US staffing or recruitment experience
• Working knowledge of US employment types (W2, 1099, contract, per diem, full-time) and tax terms
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and job board portals
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Comfortable working in US time zones
