Executive- Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Executive Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team.

Job Description-:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate client interviews.
• Manage end-to-end candidate and client communication through offer release and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
• Build active talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Preferred Candidates-:

• Strong interest in HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic mindset with a quick learning curve.
• Professional approach to candidate and stakeholder management.
