Executive - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities and support the organization's talent acquisition needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Manage bulk hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate background verification (BGV).
• Maintain recruitment MIS and generate hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
