Role: Talent Acquisition Executive- FLS Hiring

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Sales (FLS) roles.
• Manage bulk/mass hiring across assigned geographies.
• Partner with external recruitment partner and fulfill manpower requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics, MIS, and maintain hiring dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in FLS hiring and high-volume recruitment.
• Basic understanding in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior experience in Life Insurance/BFSI preferred.
