Position: Executive - Talent Acquisition

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

Employment Type- Contract Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/client interviews.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple hiring channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/portals.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
