Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to executives, ensuring seamless operation of desktop systems and software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions efficiently.
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and presentations on behalf of executives.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information related to executives' personal matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Desktop Support or Technical Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Mac OS, Windows operating system (Windows 10) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with senior management teams.
